57. Your Thoughts About The New Year
You probably have thoughts about the new year that make you feel like sh*it, and you don't even realize yet that they are completely optional. "I should make big changes in my life," "I should set a big goal," or even "I have to start fresh" and "hit the ground running" are all optional, and I give you some new perspectives on what to do instead, if the neurotypical "expected" way of goals feels yucky this year. P.S. - I love impossible goals, the bigger the better. Do an impossible goal, if you WANT TO. But if it just so happens you don't want to? Both are perfectly amazing options.
