Going Paperless with ADHD
Going Paperless with ADHD
53. River of Misery
It's uncomfortable to believe something new, or to learn a new skill, similarly to how your muscles hurt after going to the gym. All it means is you're GROWING. Except, our brains really want to make the discomfort mean that something's gone terribly wrong, when in reality, we're perfectly on schedule to having stronger muscles or to gaining proficiency in a new skill we're learning. Knowing this can save you SO MUCH struggle and misery when you know discomfort is coming, and nothing's gone wrong. Tune into this episode as I teach you this concept, as well as give you a behind the scenes view into my recent drama and experience switching from Trello to Notion, as my primary project management app.
Spoiler: Extremely relatable and entertaining brain drama ahead.
